The principle
In an organisation, everyone knows their own situation. Nobody knows how many others are living the same one. The platform gathers testimonies over the year and shows what keeps coming back — it is the group that decides what it wants to follow, not a set of indicators chosen elsewhere.

Each group has its own space: its testimonies, its questions, its feed.
Forming a group
Members come together in small groups: by occupation, by seniority, by gender or by level in the hierarchy. It is these groups that give testimony.
Giving testimony
Everyone files their testimony whenever they want, while the experience is still fresh. Anonymised, the testimonies are read and discussed by the other members of the group.
Asking
The group asks its own questions — up to five, persistent. They become its indicators: what it has decided to keep an eye on.
Understanding
Each week, the testimonies filed are summarised and set against the group’s questions. Recurring themes appear, and how they shift over time with them.
Deciding
Equipped with its own testimonies and its own questions, the group decides. Over the months, a memory builds up of what has been said, seen and changed.

Where this product stands
The platform exists but is no longer sold self-service. We prefer to move forward case by case, and to build a platform suited to the needs of each organisation that wants to use it seriously.
