A 5-step process

Transform collective listening into shared decisions

01

Build collectives

Organization members gather in small groups defined by job type, seniority level, gender or hierarchical level. These spaces become places for shared reflection.

02

Witness

Members share their testimonies within each group. Anonymized, these testimonies can then be read and discussed with other members. This creates a dynamic of collective expression that legitimizes the experiences of organization members and gives them back their power to act.

03

Question

Within each group, members can ask questions to interact with the content of testimonies. These questions constitute as many indicators (performance or social contribution, modeled on KPIs and KSIs) that highlight what matters for the organization. A way to decide what deserves attention.

04

Understand

Testimonies, analyzed with AI, provide answers to questions posed by members. AI reveals recurring themes and explains their evolution over time.

05

Decide

Equipped with their testimonies, collectively defined questions and AI analysis, organization members can make informed decisions. Over time, a collective memory is built.

A living organizational memory

Cohortes accompanies the present experience of organization members. But it's also a valuable tool to build and maintain a collective memory. Gathering testimonies and questioning them together contributes to building shared social representations. Cohortes archives and gives new momentum to your organization's collective culture.
